About:		Located on the ground floor of Rydges Southbank Hotel, this a la carte restaurant is not only famous for its steaks, it also has an innovative and creative menu and an extensive wine list. There is something for everyone on the menu and there is also a good choice of gluten free dishes throughout all courses. Diners at the Southbank Grill may choose to eat in the airconditioned comfort of the main restaurant which offers an intimacy and style long missing from the Townsville restaurant scene, or on the poolside patio overlooking the lush tropical gardens of the hotel.
